Joe Moshier

Joe Moshier is a fantastic character designer who has worked for Disney Feature Animation, as well as Dreamworks. He also illustrated the Little Golden book for Bolt!

Funny story about the day I met Joe: My friend Chris Sonnenburg (Joe's partner on Conduct Happiness) was introducing us at Comic-Con, and as I went to shake Joe's hand, a running woman tripped over my foot and did a slow motion slide/face plant on the ground. I was MORTIFIED! I felt so bad! Breaking a very awkward silence after the lady rushed off, Joe says, "Dude, you kicked her ASS!!"

Anyway, Joe contributed this adorable "Peatle." Awesome!

Beatles for Sale

Here is a piece I recently did as a thank you to Tim Sale, for the beautiful piece he did for me, as well as all the influence he's had on my art over the years. I work digitally most of the time, so it was a great challenge stretching my legs using pen and ink.

Ted Stearn

Ted Stearn is another Futurama alumnus I had the pleasure of working with. A graphic novelist featured in "The Best American Comics 2009", Ted's work features really unique shapes and impeccable line work, all working in unison with his great storytelling to craft hilarious bits of fiction. Ted is a fantastic storyboard artist, and I learned a lot sitting next to him for a couple of years. Check out his IGNATZ award nominated graphic novel Fuzz and Pluck!
